Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?

Yes, as long as the design stays the same across all items.
What file type do you need for printing?

Vector files are best. High-res PNGs can work too. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll help.

Can you print on items I provide?

Yes, no problem.
Can I see a sample before you print everything?

For larger runs, yes. For smaller runs, you will get a detailed digital mockup for approval or a sampling fee is required.

Embroidery
What's your minimum order?

Our minimum for embroidery is 6 pieces.
What's your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 7-10 working days.
Do you offer a rush service?

Yes we do. We can meet almost any deadline needed. Rush fee begins at 30% of the total order.
Do you charge for digitizing?

Yes, there's a one-time $40 setup fee to convert your logo into a stitch file.
What file type do you need for embroidery?

Vector files are best. High-res PNGs can work too. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll help.

Can you embroider on items I provide?

Yes, no problem!
Can I see a sample before you embroider everything?

For larger runs, yes. For smaller runs, you will get a detailed digital mockup for approval.

Patches
What's your minimum order?

Minimum is 10 patches.
What's your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 8-10 business days after design approval.
Do you offer a rush service?

Depending on the quantity and complexity, perhaps. Rush service begins at 30% of the total order.
What types of patches do you offer?

We offer embroidered, woven, leather, and PVC.
What’s the difference between embroidered and woven?

Embroidered patches use thicker thread with texture; woven patches are flatter with finer detail.
Can you make custom shapes?

Yes, patches can be cut into almost any shape — no need to stick to circles or rectangles.
How do I attach the patches?

We offer sew-on, iron-on options, and velcro.
Do you apply the patches too, or just make them?

We can apply select patches on certain garments. At the moment, we do not sew.

Signage
What kinds of signs do you offer?

We make banners, yard signs, A-frames, posters, foam boards, and more — for both indoor and outdoor use.
What materials do you print on?

Depends on the sign type. Common materials include vinyl, coroplast (for yard signs), foamcore, and PVC.
Do you offer weatherproof signs?

Yes — our outdoor signage is designed to hold up to sun, rain, and wind.
Can you help with design?

Definitely. Send us your logo and info — we’ll build a clean layout that works for your sign type.
How fast can I get signs made?

Typical turnaround is 7-10 business days, but we offer rush service for events and last-minute needs.
What sizes are available?

Fully custom. Whether you need a small directional sign or a giant event banner, we’ll size it to fit.
Can I order just one sign?

Yes. We have no problem with one-off orders.

Promo Products
What kinds of products can you customize?

Just about anything — mugs, pens, bottles, tote bags, lanyards, notepads, tech accessories, and more.
What’s the minimum order?

It varies by item, but most start at 50–100 pieces. Some products allow lower minimums.
Can I mix product types in one order?

Yes, but each item type is quoted and printed separately.
Can I use my logo on everything?

Absolutely. We’ll format your logo to work across different product types and print methods.
Do you offer samples?

On very large runs, possibly. Some items may have a sample fee.
What’s the turnaround time?

Most promo products take 10-15 business days. Rush options are available on select items.
Will I see a proof before it prints?

Always. You’ll approve a digital mockup before anything goes into production.
