We offer shipping across the U.S. via UPS or USPS, as well as local delivery within Miami. Delivery method depends on order size, location, and timeline.

Shipping is invoiced separately after your order is completed and packed. Because rates vary by weight and destination, we won't know the exact cost until it's ready to ship.

We provide local delivery within Miami — we'll coordinate timing with you once your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to the carrier directly. That said, we'll always assist where we can.
